I was originally interested in manufacturing, and I enrolled in the Department of Mechanical and Precision Systems, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Teikyo University because there were many faculty members who had development experience at the manufacturer and the experimental equipment was substantial. At the time of enrollment, I had a strong interest in making automobiles, and my dream was to become an automobile engineer in the future. In the lectures and practical training, I was able to experience the high level of Japanese manufacturing technology by actually disassembling and assembling automobiles. But at the same time, I was wondering what I could do with a car that was already sophisticated enough.
At that time, I met Leon Automatic Machine. Everyone eats and is one of the pleasures of living. I was strongly attracted to the original business content of manufacturing machines that can automate such food production. For example, sweets that were sold only in a limited area can now be mass-produced by machines, and more people will be able to enjoy them. If machines can reduce the workload of craftsmen, they can create time to create new value, such as developing new products. I felt the potential of food manufacturing machines in various aspects, and as a result of my job hunting, I joined Leon Automatic Machinery.
Currently, I belong to the Development and Design Department and am engaged in the development and design of food manufacturing machines. We read the machine specifications, consult with the specification creator, and then connect to the manufacturing process. I am very impressed that people from various specialized fields, such as those who draw drawings, those who make parts, and those who assemble, work together to gradually build machines, and we received words of gratitude from our customers. Sometimes I feel great joy. We will continue to value originality and design developments that will please our customers.
Being involved in everything from machine design to delivery. We will take the designed product into shape, check it with the customer, search for improvements, and ship it in perfect condition. It's also fun to see products made by our own machines in the city. It would be great if the products that were initially sold as local souvenirs can now be mass-produced on our machines and can be enjoyed in other regions as well.
Processed foods that we see in our daily lives are often made with machines manufactured by Leon automatic machines, and we can feel that they are supporting the eating habits of various people as an unsung hero of the food industry. In addition, work is often carried out in teams with other departments, so cooperation and exchanges are active. Communication between employees is also good, with a sense of distance that can be seen by looking at each other's faces and names.

series. Contributing to the making of various Japanese and Western confectionery.
While in school, I learned about automobile engineering. Since I was actually touching the machine by disassembling and assembling the parts of the car, I appealed that I was familiar with the machine. At the interview, I clearly stated that I would like to make new products and manufacture machines that customers can make better products with Leon automatic machines.
I think that food manufacturing machine manufacturers are generally unfamiliar, so we are focusing on getting them interested so that they can come to the company information session first. At the company information session held at the head office, you will have lunch at the employee cafeteria, but you can also enjoy the atmosphere of the company by seeing the employees eating nearby. I think it is important for you to feel the atmosphere of the Leon automatic machine.
I was able to increase my motivation for the future. I had the opportunity to talk to highly conscious students and visionary people, and I thought, "I want to work with these people" and "I will do my best to help myself." Also, it was one of the pleasures to be able to go to various places through job hunting, and I was able to see the manufacturing site and the local culture.
If you haven't decided on an industry yet, it's fun to look at a wide range of industries without prejudice to broaden your horizons and find a company that suits you. It includes not only the content of the work, but also the location of the company, the commuting method, and the place where you live after employment. I want you to enjoy job hunting from a multifaceted perspective, imagining how you work, while considering not only the company but also various factors.
