It is a language learning support space where the function of language-related support for students are concentrated.
Teikyo University Hachioji Campus opened Teikyo Language Commons (Telaco), a facility dedicated to language learning, in September 2016. It is a learning support space for the entire Hachioji Campus that consolidates all previous language-related student support functions in one place, and as a space that symbolizes the globalization of the campus, it supports our university's language education in many ways. We create a comfortable atmosphere where you can enjoy meeting the people and events you need to improve your language skills, while receiving insights, opportunities, and resources.
Teikyo Language Commons (Telaco) offers English conversation courses for current students and faculty, as well as seasonal events such as Halloween and Christmas, as well as experiences of studying abroad, roundtable discussions with international students, and world cuisine fairs, where you can experience the world. We plan and hold various events and seminars.
