Those who wish to take the undergraduate entrance examination
Based on the provisions of Article 150, Item 7 of the School Education Law Enforcement Regulations, those who wish to enter the university must undergo an individual examination of the entrance qualifications conducted by the university in advance and only if the entrance qualifications are approved. You can apply for and take the entrance examination.
If you are an examinee who wishes to take the university examination and wish to have an individual examination, we will accept your application according to the following.
1. Persons subject to individual examination
Those who have reached a considerable age and are recognized as having academic ability equal to or higher than those who have graduated from high school

Those who do not have a university degree Those who will reach the age of 22 by March 31, 2025.
Applicants must hold a license that corresponds to the major they are applying for, or be expected to obtain one by the time of enrollment in April 2025. However, in the case of Division of Radiological Sciences, applicants may apply even if they do not hold a license, provided that their suitability is recognized in prior consultation with the faculty member who they wish to supervise.
Applicants must be graduates of a junior college or vocational school, hold a license, and have three or more years of clinical or practical experience (including those who are expected to reach three years by March 2025).
[Doctoral Program]
Those who do not hold a master's degree or a professional degree, Those who will reach the age of 24 by March 31, 2025.
Applicants must hold a license that corresponds to the major they are applying for, or be expected to obtain one by the time of enrollment in April 2025. However, even if they do not hold a license, they may apply if their suitability is recognized in advance by the faculty member who will be their supervisor.
Applicants must be university graduates, licensed, and have at least five years of clinical or practical experience (including those who are expected to reach five years by March 2025).

This is an examination to determine whether or not individuals who do not hold a university degree but will be 22 years old by March 31, 2025, have the academic ability equivalent to or greater than that of university graduates at this Graduate School. Approved individuals can apply to this Graduate School.

List of achievements Prescribed paper. If you have made presentations at conferences, academic papers, books, etc., enter your past achievements. If you do not have any achievements, enter "none". Graduation thesis is acceptable.
Reply envelope We will notify you of the results of the entrance qualification examination. Please attach a 110 yen stamp to a No.3 envelope and write your name and return address.
*Please clearly indicate "Entrance qualification screening documents included" and submit to the Teikyo University Itabashi Campus Office Academic Affairs Division, Graduate School Section.
