If you are accepted, your admission to our university will be revoked if you do not complete the transfer procedure (receive the money at our university) by the deadline for enrollment procedures. Our university's entrance exams can be applied for on a single day or on multiple days. If you apply for the same faculty, department, or course on multiple days, the day with the highest total score will be used to determine whether you pass or fail. Both the one-subject and two-subject basic ability aptitude tests are scored out of a maximum of 200 points, and in the case of two subjects, the total score of the two subjects is calculated, while in the case of one subject, the score is doubled to calculate the score. There are no advantages or disadvantages, so please choose the method that suits you.
You can apply for the scholarship even after passing the comprehensive selection or school recommendation selection. Please check the faculty that will be conducting the scholarship selection before applying. If you are accepted as a scholarship student, you will be exempt from the full amount of admission fees, tuition fees, etc. Any amount already paid will be refunded. The number of interviews will vary depending on the faculty you are applying to.
If you are taking the exam for the same faculty, department, or course of the Faculty Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Medical Technology, or Faculty of Fukuoka Medical Technology on two separate days in each period, you will only have one interview. Please select one interview date when applying online.
If you are taking the two-day exam for Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Language Studies, Faculty of Education Faculty of Science and Engineering, you will also have two interviews.
If you are taking the exam for the same faculty (Faculty Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Medical Technology, or Faculty of Fukuoka Medical Technology on two separate days in each period, you will only have one interview. Please select one interview date when applying online.
Participation in the open campus is not mandatory, and whether or not you participate will not affect your admission results.

Regardless of the number of faculties or exam dates you are applying to, you can only submit one report per application. Reports must be issued within three months of the application start date in order to be valid. If you reapply and the deadline has passed, or if you do not know the issue date of your report, please submit it again.
Application documents must arrive by the application deadline. Please note that postmarks on the application deadline are not valid.
If the school report issued at the time of application does not include grades for the second semester of the third year, a report containing grades up to the first semester of the third year is acceptable.

The online application registration site is not linked to the open campus participation application site. Please register your personal information etc. on the online application registration site under "My Page registration for the first time."
The system only allows the use of JIS 1 and 2 standard characters. Please register alternative characters.

Even if you register using alternative characters, you do not need to submit identification documents (Certificate of Personal Information on Family Register).

Dress code is not important. The registered photo will be used for identity verification on the day of the exam and for your student ID card after enrollment, so please make sure your face is clearly visible in the photo you register.

For those who are applying for the 2025 entrance examination for the second or subsequent time, if you register your application by selecting "omit the submission of school reports and other documents," the above two items will not be printed because there are no documents to submit.
