e-learning study style
The learning method of the Department of Information Science, Faculty of Science and Engineering of Science and Engineering is e-learning via the Internet from your home computer. Log in to the LMS (Learning Management System) from the portal site (Campus Square) and register the courses you will take during the year. A few days after course registration is completed, the instruction manual, report assignments, and learning content will be released via e-learning, and you will be able to start learning. The e-learning (LMS) you use becomes a classroom, and all notices from the university are delivered by LMS. It is necessary to be able to access the e-learning environment and to be able to communicate with faculty members and the administrative office by e-mail.
Students study based on specified text books or materials by themselves and submit a report for a given assignment. After passing the prescribed number of reports, students take the subject acquisition test and acquire credits. In the correspondence course, students focuses mainly on studying textbooks at home by themselves and credits are awarded after completion of prescribed requirements.
You can proceed with your studies through e-learning (LMS) using the Internet from your home computer, and conduct exercises and quizzes. After passing the designated assignments, students will take the subject acquisition test and earn credits. If the course is also offered as a schooling (S), you will choose which form you will take when registering for the course. If you take a media course, you cannot take it as a schooling course.
This is a class format where you attend school for a set period of time and take classes directly in a classroom. When registering for a course, you will take the courses you selected as schooling classes for two or three days per course. For courses that are held over two days, you will not receive credit unless you also study on the LMS. If the course is also offered through media (M), you will choose which format you will study in when registering for the course. If you take a course as a schooling subject, you cannot take it as a media subject or text subject.
There are two opportunities to take the subject acquisition test for each subject. The timetable is decided in advance. You will proceed with your studies according to the report submission deadline for the time you want to take the exam.

Of the 124 credits, you must earn at least 30 credits through classroom or media classes.
* For elective subjects, you are required to earn a minimum of 92 credits in total, consisting of 12 credits from general education subjects, 64 credits from specialized subjects, and 16 credits from elective subjects regardless of subject category.
* The minimum number of credits required for graduation, 124, cannot include the "teaching method of each subject" and "subjects related to basic understanding of education" required for a teacher's license.
* "Teaching methods for each subject," "Information and vocation," "Courses related to basic understanding of education, etc." can only be taken by those who wish to take the teaching profession and have completed the prescribed procedures after enrollment.
* In 1st year, students can only take one-year dividend courses. 2nd year students can take 1- and 2-year dividend courses, 3rd year students can take 1-, 2-, and 3-year dividend courses, and 4th year students can take them regardless of year.
