Number of students to be admitted

• * Applicants should enter the major subject, academic advisor or professor member from the list of major subjects in the designated fields on the application form.

Entrance examination category

There are two types of admission categories: "General" and "Working Adults". When entering your application information, please select the correct "Planned Admission Status" under "Preference ② / Personal Information".

• General category: Except for School of Medicine, applicants cannot hold full-time employee status.
  *However, part-time and casual employment is permitted.
• Working adults: Those who are currently working in School of Medicine at our university (School of Medicine members, medical residents, etc.) and will maintain that status after enrollment.
  *However, applications from interns at our university are accepted only for those applying to the fields of Structural and Functional Medicine, Basic Pathology, and Social Health Medicine.
  *Please note that if you are not hired as a staff member of the Faculty of School of Medicine, you will be placed in the general quota.

[Public Health Research Doctor Training Course]
Please contact the administrative office if you are eligible for the Public Health Research Doctor Training Course under the integrated program of the Graduate School of Medicine.

• * If you do not complete the bank transfer procedure (payment to the university) by the deadline for enrollment procedures, we will consider that you have no intention of enrolling and cancel your admission.
