Itabashi CampusVice-Rector of the University of Coimbra and his colleagues visited our university

On Friday, July 11, 2025, a delegation of five people, including Vice President and Professor Jo?o Nuno Calv?o da Silva of University of Coimbra (Portugal), an affiliated school of Teikyo University, visited our Itabashi Campus. The university and our university signed a MOU (International Exchange Agreement) in August 2024.
They toured facilities at Teikyo University Hospital, including Trauma and Resuscitation Center, the Cardiovascular Center Intensive Care Unit (CICU), the Central Operating Department, the heliport, and Teikyo Simulation Education and Research Center in the University Building, deepening their understanding of our university's medical facilities and education and research environment. During this visit, they also exchanged views with our university's Chairman and President, OKINAGA Yoshihito, about specific measures and prospects for future academic and student exchanges.
Teikyo University will continue to strengthen its ties with universities around the world and promote global education and research activities.
