On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, a guest session was held by fourth-year students in Career-related courses "Internship" offered at Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus. This class is offered in collaboration with Career Flag Co., Ltd., and students systematically learn about "what it means to work" and "what it means to have a career" in a total of 30 classes in the first and second semesters.
In the guest session, four fourth-year students who had just finished their job hunting took to the stage and spoke to the third-year students who will soon be participating in internships about what they learned in their internships, what skills they acquired through their internships, how they decided on the industry, and what criteria they used to choose a company. The third-year students asked many questions, such as "How did you find your internship location?", "What did you do when your motivation was low?", "How did you refresh yourself?", and "How did you prepare for interviews?", and the fourth-year students kindly answered each one. The third-year students looked nervous but worked hard, and it was a valuable time for them to prepare for their internships.
Hachioji Campus will continue to provide early support to help each student realize their career goals.
