Teikyo University Club Leaders Camp 2025 was held at the University Seminar House (Hachioji City, Tokyo) from Friday, March 28th to Saturday, March 29th, 2025.
This training is aimed at the strengthening clubs at our Hachioji Campus and the clubs belonging to the Student Association Athletic Bureau, and aims to create a system to prevent compliance violations in clubs so that all members can carry out club activities in a "safe and secure" manner. The goal is to create an organization where the members themselves are conscious of compliance, and about 60 executives from each club who will be building the organization as new leaders participated.
On the day, each group exchanged opinions about the rules of each club and how they are managing the club with compliance in mind, then discussed the current situation, issues, and improvements to the rules of each club, and on the second day, each club gave a three-minute presentation. Each club was able to give a concise summary of the content of their discussion, and by the end of the training, there was a lot of interaction between the clubs, making it a very meaningful experience. Our university will continue to support the revitalization of club activities, including human resource training.
