Ekiden (Road Relay) Club placed 10th overall in the Hakone Ekiden and earned a seeded spot.

At the Hakone Ekiden (101st Tokyo-Hakone Round-Trip College Ekiden Race) held on Friday, January 3, 2025, the Teikyo University Ekiden (Road Relay) Club finished in 10th place overall, earning a seed right to compete in the next tournament.

The team started the return leg in 14th place, but in the 6th section, Riku Hirota (2nd year, Faculty of Economics) ran well to finish 4th, the 4th year students in charge of sections 7 to 9 steadily improved their position, and in the fierce battle for seed rights that continued into the second half of the 10th section, Sae Kobayashi (1st year, Faculty of Education) ran through to the end, finishing in 10th place overall, and 4th place in the return leg alone. Although the team dropped one place overall from the previous tournament, they were able to improve their overall time by 4 minutes 24 seconds, making this a tournament where the team's steady growth was apparent.
