The final round of the Teikyo University Business Idea Contest 2024 was held atKasumigaseki Campus

The Teikyo University Business Idea Contest 2024 Finals were held at the Teikyo University Hachioji Campus on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. This fourth-year contest is part of the Entrepreneurship Education Support Program and aims to foster a mindset and culture in which students can learn independently and take on new challenges.

Finalists were selected from 305 applicants through a document screening process and participated in an intensive training camp held at our university's Hakone Seminar House on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th, where they worked on polishing their presentations, and gave presentations that displayed their individuality at the final competition. At the awards ceremony, the winners of President of Teikyo University Award, Teikyo “One’s way” Award, and Idea Award were presented with certificates by our university's Chairman and President Yoshihito Okinaga. The Sponsoring Company Award was presented to a finalist who was evaluated by a panel of judges from the sponsoring company from their own unique perspective.
In addition, in a cross-talk between human resources personnel from the three sponsoring companies, they spoke about the reality of working in recruitment and human resource development in different industries, what they expect from university students, and gave powerful messages to our students. After the award ceremony, the finalists, judges, and faculty and staff gathered to deepen their interactions.
