At the 8th Asia-Pacific Congress of Medical Mycology and the 68th General Meeting of the Japanese Society for Medical Mycology, which were held jointly at the National Kyoto International Conference Center (Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture) from Wednesday, November 6th to Saturday, November 9th, 2024, members of Teikyo University Institute of Medical Mycology and students from Teikyo Graduate School were selected to receive the Excellent Presentation Award and the Excellent Presentation Award.
The Center's medical mycology research and academic activities were highly praised, leading to this award. Professor Koichi Makimura, Vice Head of Center of the Center, said, "I believe that the fact that several of our staff members were selected is proof that our Center's activities are highly regarded. Encouraged by this honor, all members of the Center will continue to work even harder in the future."
