On Sunday, June 2, 2024, the closing ceremony for the Metropolitan University Baseball Spring League was held at Urayasu City Sports Park Baseball Stadium (Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture). Captain Keishin Imazaki (4th year, Faculty of Medical Technology), vice captain Keita Shimano (4th year, Faculty of Medical Technology), and vice captain Kosei Yamamoto (4th year, Faculty of Medical Technology) of the Teikyo University baseball team received the championship flag and trophy on behalf of the team. Individual awards were also announced, and four members of the university's baseball team received the Most Valuable Player Award, Best Pitcher Award, Leading Batter Award, and Best Nine Award. The Best Pitcher Award and Best Nine Award, which are decided by voting by the managers and league secretariat of the Metropolitan University Baseball League, were all awarded by unanimous votes.

Our university's baseball team will represent the Metropolitan University Baseball Association and participate in the 73rd All-Japan University Baseball Championship, which will begin on Monday, June 10th, for the first time in seven years.
