Teikyo University's official app "T-Day" is now available

On Monday, April 1, 2024, Teikyo University began offering the smartphone app "T-Day" for current students. This app is the university's official smartphone app, which acts as a gateway to all information and systems related to student life at the university, and is designed to connect all students at the university while supporting them in realizing their Educational Philosophy of "doing “One’s way”."

As of April 2024, the main features of this app are "checking announcements from the university," "managing to-dos for lectures and private use," and "timetables that are automatically created according to course registration status," allowing you to complete all the information you need for your university life with just one smartphone. The biggest feature of this app is that it is designed to be user-centered rather than system-centered. During development, we gathered some current students at each campus in Itabashi, Hachioji, Utsunomiya, and Fukuoka to hold workshops and implement the features that current students really want. In addition, even after the release, we will continue to evolve by collecting feedback from current students who are our users, saying, "I wish it was more like this!" We are currently considering implementing features such as "a bulletin board for exchanging job hunting information," "a medium- to long-term growth roadmap," and "a function for interacting with alumni," and plan to gradually expand the functions with major version updates about three times a year. When you wake up and log in, you can see what you need to do that day, and your experiences will be accumulated as history. Please look forward to the future of "T-Day," which will make this a reality every day.
